Fantastic idea. I think the city should require it.

I think this one will end up looking pretty attractive and pair with the Austonian well. Also, what is that huge angled concrete beam for?

I agree, and was wondering the same thing about that weird concrete thing, myself...

Back around Pg 20 +/- a few pages, there are several renderings and elevations of the building, but I can't find that concrete element. Perhaps it's something related to the amenity level? Is that about where they are now?

This is the level underneath the pool, but it's location is more beneath the dog park. According to the floor-plans, the weird concrete thing would be going right through where it says "Building Maintenance" in grey.

Floor 18 with the weird concrete thing

Floor 19 w/ the Pool

As someone who grew up mostly in the Hill Country with lots of open land, albeit close to Austin....that dog park cracks me up.

Does anyone know if they have commitments/leases for the office space yet and, if so, with whom?

I really like this one. It may be pretty generic, but it is attractive at least.

Thanks for taking the time! We appreciate you. I'm just a lowly Uber driver. Always downtown but I don't have time to shoot photos much less post em. This is a handsome tower
