Multiple people complaining that calls about renting are going unanswered...does that mean high demand or dysfunctional property management?

I’m pretty sure the first 21 floors which were made available are fully leased or close. DonaldSmith might know.

You think it would be in 300 Main’s best interest to answer calls and start a list for when the upper 21 floors come to market

Based on that thread it seems to be an issue across the board with rentals.

Wow, foundation re-work continues at 300/360 Main. How long has it been going on now? Meanwhile the top half of 300 Main remains empty of (and I assume off limits to) new tenants.

^ what foundation work is occurring there?

If the foundation was actually in question, the entire building would be off limits - not just the bottom half.

They are lowering the P3 floor to accommodate taller vehicles. They are getting close to completion.

^ interesting. That wouldn't qualify as foundation work. Just modifications to the existing floors.

Well the section of the parkade at the 300 end is still hidden...while piles of earth continue to build up on the street outside. Wasn't it mentioned over a year ago on here that foundation issues were found? Maybe related...during the final stages of construction, the building emitted a couple of big bangs?

The bangs did indeed happen, but no mention of how it ended up playing out in the end.

Pretty sure it was attributed to settling/contraction /expansion in the bolted connections of the steel structure as it went up. It was investigated without any finding of structural concerns.

I believe cars are permitted to park on the 300 end. They are completing the 360 end right now.

Super cool! Thanks for sharing that. I wish we had an observation deck on one of the real tall buildings in the city (beyond the museum), I'd like to see how it stretches out.

Kinda funny to see the top of the TD tower like it's a low rise haha. Imagine how green and leafy it'll look from up there in the summer as you look out of the immediate downtown.

Definitely have a 60's/70's, maybe space age, type vibe going in that area with the green carpet. I dont mind it.

I love it! It's unexpected and a 'modern' green and a break from safe/monotonous tones and vibes you might expect. Especially in the winter it feels like walking into summer and a nice break from the snow covered landscape that it overlooks. And the patchwork effect makes it feel like an aerial view of prairie fields.

the green wall to wall carpet is revolting. poor interior design. They could have made a classy lounge up there.
