I don't know if they're due to receive the building permit the same day or some time after. However, I think a late spring or summer start is quite possible.
I do have a concern:
In the same article, it mentions that that the projected cost of $68.7 million had risen another $1.7 million since the estimate was made; AND that Cresleigh had to reduce its profit from 16% to 13% in order to make everything work. These construction prices are out of hand.
