Does anyone have any pictures of the Canadian Tire Warehouse site on Sheppard near Leslie where Concord Adex will be building a number of 28, 15 and 12 story condos? Thanks in advance.

B-A has excavating equipment on site and RBC Center has a foundation. Ritz sales centre has been torn down. To make way for excavation.

Four Seasons has been increased in hieght from 46 stories to 50 stories.

195M for the taller tower.
89M for the shorter tower. -

Toronto is getting some nice elegant towers in a very posh area of town.

This building will in effect - double the size of the posh most portions of Yorkville. (Yorkville is the richest and most elegant shopping district in Toronto with the name brands of Prada, Channel, Tiffany, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, etc etc)

Is this the latest Four Seasons rendering? Found it on SSC. If so, they've ruined it! looks really run of the mill!

Typical.

This tower will look great when done. Very tall, and very slender. The only difference between the new rendering and the old is the height icrease and the lack of dark lines. It's going to ad a new peak to uptown

Keep in mind that you are seeing the Four Seasons from a different angle. You can still see the fins on the left side of the rendering. The quality of the finish although can not be judged from a rendering. They are always supposed to exaggerate to make the building better (although usually the builders have no intention of building it this way).

oh yeah, you're right... never noticed that. Maybe it's not going to be all that different after all.

This project is the least likely of the Toronto Projects to get of the ground in my opinion. Its brought to you by the creator of 1 King West. Harry Stinson

This rendering was prepared by caissius on urbantoronto/ssp.

Is it true that Sapphire tower's proposed site is currently occupied by a historic building? I hope not. We in TO need to preserve all the old gems we've got left.

Toronto needs some towers w/ crowns or different tops, a lot of them are getting the Vancouver syndrome - where the lot of them may be great buildings in their own right, but they start to blend a bit after a while

Like this? This is the new proposal for The Sapphire (rendering supplied by the brilliant Cassius):
