Sorry if someone posted floorplans previously but I was just wondering which side of the building the parking entrance and loading dock was going on. It looks like theres going to be a back alley so I figured the dock would be back there/parking on east side?

The building will have parking ingress/egress from both the alley and Indiana. Loading access is from the alley.

Nice pics everyone!

I'm excited to see how far up 1GP will go by the time Lolla rolls around. I remember when OMP and OMPW were going up years back. It was fun listening to bands with the towers under construction in the background. Yup... I'm a nerd

^^^ So two cores officially? Too bad both towers couldnt rise at once. If that were the case I'm pretty sure this site would require three cranes at once...east, west, and center. Would be a cool sight to see driving down lake shore. I've still got my fingures crossed that Gems 2 gets going so we can have three cranes on "one" site. Would be cool to see.

There's one core, not two.

Crane installation and core excavation, today! Some great progress! Just passing by or I would've stayed for the rest of the installation.

Thanks. Originally they planned on one tower and one crawler. Decided to go with one tower all the way up and one smaller tower to help service the parking garage.

Anyone see the new diagram for this one? Shoutout to Koops65 for putting it together. I really can't wait to see what impact on the skyline this bad boy is gonna have.

Nice diagram, excited for the massing of this one, should be a very interesting building.

Most excited for the density of this building. How many units is it again? Like 900?

Kind of difficult to see, but the tower crane mast is visible.

^^^^^^^^

When the building is topped out, would it be out of frame in that photo?

Well, it'll be about 160' taller than OMP, so at least to the top of the frame, if not out.
