The Shears Adkins Rockmore renderings in the Denver Real Estate Watch article belong to a different project and not the La Loma/Jefferson Park project.

But to hide behind the banner of being an objective neighborhood newspaper and then have regular editorials passing as "news articles" that excoriate the mayor, the planning director, and everything else that is pro-urban is cowardly and abhorrent.

That's what I was thinking, someone posted that rendering on here a few months ago with an unknown address (but certainly not in Jeff Park).

Tabor 2 will never happen. This will likely be starting construction in 2 years.

Look in the background of one of the close up renderings, and the skyline in the background looks like it is indeed in Jefferson Park.

One reason to reduce Denver City Council pay dramatically. Mediocre people who could never make $83k outside of elected office should not get paid that much in elected office. State senators get by on $30k... the Governor only makes $90k.

lol! Yeah, those townhomes are rather blah.

In positive Stapleton news, the fence is up and dirt is moving in the Eastbridge town center I was told it would be built in 2007 when I bought my house in 2005. Plus the apartment building on the north side of Founders Green... will be a nice completion to that area.

The building in question are shown as being 12 stories. Also the caption in the Denver Real Estate Watch article said

"This rendering by Shears Adkins Rockmore may represent the 15-story tower that would be developed on the La Loma site."

This is prospect with the old four winds interactive office right behind the rendering.



This is also prospect with the white building being the metro. Jefferson Park does not have this view from downtown. I am fairly certain this is the rendering for the proposed condos in prospect.
