Possibly. Using the tower at Spring and Peachtree Pl as a model, each floor is 20,000 SF +/-, so an extra 10 floors would be allowed. But it's more complicated than this, as there are other ways of getting a FAR bonus that might apply to transferred density--I'm not really sure how to navigate the labyrinth of zoning rules.
I'll say once again I think the business of these FAR limits in midtown has no real benefit and they should be allowed to build whatever density they want in the middle of Midtown, but that viewpoint seems to have limited appeal around these parts
