Thank you everyone for posting all these fantastic photos. We went from having a serious photo drought, to a photo overload. I'm loving it.

Thanks for the photos everyone, they are awesome. I wonder if the west side hotel guests and residents of the W are going to have issues with the green lights of AMLI.

I took some too.

First photos I've taken of Austin this new decade!

I took my Raleigh mountain bike down to St. Ed's for these. I just about froze on the ride back.

Picture overload which is great! Many thanks to all who taken these pictures of our beautiful city!

What's up with 100 Congress and their nighttime lighting? Could the Ashton be the reason they are dark!

From Ashton

Here's one I took on Thursday from a unit I'm thinking of renting. I figured y'all might appreciate this vantage point.

Nice views. The Austonian will probably block the morning light, and because you're on the north side would probably miss the afternoon light.

Wow! Great pictures everyone. That St. Ed's view is looking great and I love all the colors at night. Did anyone happen to notice a new lighting scheme on the Holiday Inn Town Lake? I saw it while northbound on I-35. It looked like green spotlights aimed upwards at about where the hotel rooms start just above the parking garage. The effect was green stripes up the front of the building the same shade of green as the "Holiday Inn" sign.

And speaking of unique vantage points, I spent New Year's weekend at the Westgate Tower at a friend's unit on the 15th floor. I also went up to the pool on the 25th floor and got some shots. I haven't had time to fix them and upload them all, but here's some of the night shots.

Thanks. I was winking though because I figured your avatar pic was from your trip to Ashton. My avatar is just from a pic I took over on 3rd Street near Spring.

Great pics from the Westgate, Mike! There are a lot of nice views from there. What are the units like? I've never been in there before.
