Well, escaping here is quite important.

Could you try that again? This time with punctuation, please. I have no idea what message you were trying to convey.

Given that it's geared towards wealthy retirees, being close to their Scottsdale getaway is probably smart.

I think he's trying to say 'any development good, all who disagree bad'.

Is that leased place with the drive thru another Tim's? Make sense as you would not want to have to cross the street to get your coffee.

The Tim's at the 4200 block of Albert is a nightmare. The east northbound lane of Albert is always backed up in the morning as people wait to get their sub-par coffee. A Tim's at this location would be way better, though wouldn't benefit the morning commuters on their way downtown.

And out comes the pretentious anti-Tims brigade. It was inevitable.

It's a pretty high level of insanity to look down on people because they drink a certain coffee.

I guess empty lots full of weeds is a much better thing for us to have in Regina.

I don't understand the love for Tims. Folgers is superior is quality and is about 1% the cost. I set my coffee pot the night before, so it takes me zero time in the morning.

Tims is 100x the cost and takes more time, despite being lower quality.

A little hyperbolic, no? It's almost as if different people have different tastes in food and beverage. Strange, isn't it?

I hardly ever dabble in coffee but I know Tim's is HUGELY popular here and across the country. They've gotta be doing something right if they're able to franchise so many locations. I've just never enjoyed their food/drink options so I don't quite understand the obsession. Mind you, I also enjoy 7-11 taquitos which I know are trash, but I just can't help it.

Could there be something better than Tim's at various locations across the city? Sure. Local options for coffee are limited to Brewed's various locations and one-location shops sprinkled around the city. But I'd rather there be a Tim's than "empty lots full of weeds" any day of the week.

Not a Timmie's "lover" but I will drink their coffee because it's quick, cheap and good enough considering I add cream and sugar to it anyway. I won't wait in a huge lineup for it though.

It's not like anyone else was clamoring to put up a brand new building on Albert and 7th so I think it's fine when more get built.

I was excited for that development. That area of town is desperate for something modern/new and Timmies was a great addition. Bonus that it's owned/run by Cowessess.
