Um.. That looks like the old render - didn't they have to make changes like change the finishes to reflect the scottish rite building better etc?

It's nice that they're building right up to the sidewalk, but hopefully the lack of podium doesn't create a 'condo canyon' feel along King, especially with the Casbah block ready to go too. Will there be ground floor commercial, or is that just disguised parking?
