I don't remember specifics off the top of my head, however some tenants have already been announced. I believe one was a large law firm (???). In any event, not all of the signed tenants (or the prospective tenants) have been announced yet to the public. The building may initially not be as brimming as we all would have liked, however empty it will definitely not be.

I did not mean empty from a construction perspective but from an occupany perspective.
From the most recent posts, it sounds like there "maybe" tenants. Just to make from whatever perspective(s) clear, a letter of intent does not constitute that a tenant will occupy space. Why I say this is the fact that according to CBRE's website, the leasing brokers, the entire building is for lease:
