Thanks for the great update! imo the UBC Properties Trust rental building with the Shoppers is quite disappointing, especially after all their earlier phases had such a nice west coast - almost Whistler-esque - feel to them. This is of quite a lower design standard.

Any building with a Shoppers as retail has a disappointing base imo

Ugh. Copy paste. Looks identical to everything else being built. Was hoping it would look/feel something more unique
