They are in the process of building these wacky offices out of sea cans. Suboptimal construction method if you ask me.

During their presentation to the Higher Education Appropriations Subcommittee UT shared a rendering of a proposed Student Center. To my knowledge they aren't currently seeking bonding authorization or funds for this project.

UT's campus has been growing vertically quite a bit over the last few years and this project would continue that trend.

This building will sit immediately to the south of UT's business building. Construction is fully funded.

St. George is seeking funds to pursue projects related to their airport master plan. The funding would be used to purchase land needed for expansion, airfield improvements, terminal upgrades, and environmental planning to eventually embark on a $15 Million terminal expansion.

UIPA is pursuing the creation of a logistics hub in Cedar City. The UIPA board will formally vote on it April 4th.

Now completed Bristlecone Hall at Southern Utah University.

Construction will soon begin on St. George's newest fire station and training tower (3270 East Flowers Way).

Fire Station 9 opened last year (2225 E Commerce Drive) (Google Street View).

Zion National Park Discovery Center

The National Park Service and The Zion Forever Project have broken ground on a new visitor center and transportation hub outside the East Entrance to the park.
