There is more than a difference in the color, though. Check out the detailing at 30 W. Oak next time you are over there, if you haven't before. It's similar to the way they are doing SoNo, if you want to see how it goes together. It's a more customized and architectural way of doing it... Unfortunately, many projects now are copying the detail or variants of it, so I think it won't be as unique for long. But it will always look, ahem, superior.
155 seems derivative, but doesn't quite live up.
