There is construction fencing around the storage building at 19th & Chestnut and the old fire station is wrapped in plastic for preservation/remediation. Looks like that hotel is finally UC.

Anyway - that's the WOTS.
Was this at the bazaar? That would be really weird if they scrape that, after just putting money into it. Although, they did have a huge mural painted on the previous buildings, just a week or so before they knocked it down.

Take Five, I enjoy reading some of your input. However nonsense like this dilutes and clutters the thread. Do you have a point with this? If not can you please stay somewhat on topic? Thanks.

Yep... that's it. The Bazaar should be coming down. It's a cool renovated building, but will be curious to see what should be built in its place.

Took a whole 0.5 seconds out of your day to scroll past that. Quit hitting snooze in the morning to make up that time, quit whining, and your life will be better.

I'm more worried that TakeFive stole my baby book album. Then said it was bunt.

We do have the chit chat thread which was created specifically for posts like that. How's about future ones go there.

You guys and your hyperbole. TakeFive makes another incomprehensible post and you rush to his defense. If you guys love nonsense in your Denver development thread, then here: Skyrim, Donald Trump, anabolic steroids, happy Chanukah, Harry Potter.

How about a little more detail? Maybe a name of this place you went to? Is it Dada Art Bar? The only demolition I saw was across the street from there at 2420 Larimer St. Is this what you're talking about?? There was a mural on those buildings a few weeks back.

Ya know the ignore option does come in handy. You just have to be logged in for it to work. Also, just saying.

The form is fantastic. But good lord I hope the whole block isn't alternating black- and gray-brick. I'm confident the LoDo DRB will slap that down.

To conclude the Broadway/Larimer conversation, there are two separate projects moving forward through the development process.

1. 2420 Larimer - Demolition to make way for a parking lot.

2420 Larimer St - 2015PM0000547 - Larimer Parking 2420
2. 2450 Larimer - Current location of Bazaar - rumor is hotel.

How does building a parking lot make financial sense given the real estate prices in downtown Denver.
