I'm confident that Parsley (now Pioneer) will still maintain an outfit in Austin. It really doesn't make since to move the entire Parsley operational staff to Irving.
I also believe the lease termination fee they paid this year was for their current office lease - not the lease in the new tower. I could, however, be wrong.
