Holy shit, I love this building. When its completely covered in this beautiful glass, its going to look incredible with all the reflections. The vertical hootises on the south side all the way to the roof gives it the right amount of tecture. And given the huge size of the parking podium, this is one of the few times I really want to lip lock the developers and designers for the enormous extra expense they put into this to properly cover it up instead of taking the least expensive route. They obviously wanted a world class looking building from the ground up.

Yeah, this one is looking good. The vertical emphasis is great, and I really like the color and texture. It's also a huge building, which will be something different since most of our buildings aren't really all that large.

I'm having trouble counting the floors because of the parking levels, but judging from the height compared to 300 West Sixth, I'd say it's around 370 feet or so.
