Brookfield Place is a couple months away from completing execavation and another year to completing the parking garage. I don't see it.

I doubt it. One Bloor is supposedly using a new method of planning and organization construction that is faster than the conventional method.

Well its taken its taken 3 years to get 7 levels up out of 75, so they'll need to pull a jackrabbit outta their asses for us to see this tower swiftly concluding.

Podiums always take a long time. Now that they're working on the tower itself it should start to fly.

This is not the case It will be a year until Brookfield Place is even at ground level. Three years+ before top out, and four years to completion.

Quite right. They say it's roughly a floor/week for tower portions with identical floors. This one might be a tad longer due to each floor being slightly different.

Well BPC, once it gets to ground level will have fewer floors than One Bloor, and it is steel frame. Let's see how long it takes to reach ground level, which I predict will happen before the year is up.

Bay Adelaide East will take less than a year from ground level to top out.

BA hit ground level in November 2013. So they have 5 months to top out...should be more than enough time.

Aura will definitively look better at night !

I really like the black and white check pattern of RCMI Condos. That tower, plus Theatre Park, demonstrate how elegant a streamline rectangular foot print can be compare to the square/boxy footprint of most other projects. Plus, I like that those two towers have their elongated facades without balconies.
