The Indeed building - 5th & Colorado, is 242 feet.

The 18th floor of Hotel ZaZa is at 203 feet 4 inches.

As much as we'd love every building to be tall, Im pretty excited about this one as is. I think with it sitting next to plaza lofts, and the renovated republic square park, it will be a really great area in the coming few years.

And not to mention, when's the last time we've had a new building get built with a brick facade like this? Some small 4-7 floor apartments, but nothing like this...And I'm very in favor of seeing more.

I agree with you height assessment, it doesn't need to be taller and will fit in well with the park. With 6 floors to go, it will stand out nicely. Regarding tall buildings with brick facades...isn't the Ashton pretty much all brick?

Yeah, I suppose it is. I just always forget about the Ashton because despite looking pretty good from a distance, there's absolutely nothing special about it, and they have absolutely no street level interaction. Shoot, they have a big windowed room right on 2nd street that could be used for anything, but they have their little apartment Gym right there...

The Whitley on 3rd Street is a decent bricked building. It's definitely not real tall, but I think the design of it is actually quite good.

I don’t know if we’ve ever seen a final rendering, but it certainly looks close to its final height. Wouldn't be surprised if it was on its last floors.

Isn't supposed to be 24 floors? If so I think I counted Wed that it's up to the 20th or 21st floor so not much more to go.

I liked the renderings of this building. Not mind blowing, but pretty nice. They don't always have to be tall to be good.

I agree.. I think the height is perfect for the location, a little taller than it's neighbors but not too tall. Gives the Warehouse District some nice texture and height variation.

They're on the 20th floor - 225 feet. 4 floors and 80 feet to go. I'm pretty sure they'll need to raise the crane again some this week.
