At 1050 Expo Blvd, there appears to be micropiling taking place?
There's a tall piece of machinery that could be a pile driver.

Huh well apparently 1370-1395 Davie is one of theirs and I thought that whole building was strata until now.

I don't live there but I walk by it almost every day

It's a mix of income levels.

What makes those two Davie properties look so good is that the low-cost portion is just a small part of the development, with the majority market condos. The 1050 Expo Blvd location will be fully subsidized I think: we shall see if they can do a good job maintaining the property in the future.

I can't tell if it's changing to two way traffic but there's at least bicycle lanes on both sides of the road.

Probably for the streetcar alignment. Same as the lawn in front of One Pacific.
I suppose the RoW could be repurposed to two-way Pacific Boulevard.

From the most recent NEFC study, it may end up as a bike path and for the westbound lane, more than streetcar (which is still potentially accommodated).
