You may be aware so this isn't directed towards you personally, but for the general reader who may be unaware it is worth mentioning that the top half of the "podium" is office space, and it is not all an enormous parking garage.

Looks like the parking levels are done and they are transitioning into the office levels. This should speed up soon.

Finally done with the parking. The podium on this beast is about as tall as the two buildings to its south.

Yes. The office floors will top out around the same height as the rooftop of the beige office building just to the north.
