Dang, she be running high!!! They must be dumping water out in preparation for more mountain runoff. I'm guessing it should be a pretty good water year. As somebody who has some jetskis, I look forward to some full reservoirs.

I'm hoping Owyhee Reservoir gets some good water this year too. It's been pathetically low last couple of seasons.

I did see that the Owyhee Mountains and Canyonlands are currently at 248% of snow/water equivalent for April. This will be an excellent water year.

If you look closely, it looks like the core is starting to come out of the ground. Excellent.

Also, I was reading about cranes and how, when anchored to the ground, can't go higher than around 265ft. After that they have to start attaching to the structure to go higher. So, I'm guessing that crane is at that height, which, means it'll move up some as the tower comes out of the ground.
