So, now that this one is pretty much complete, what do y'all think? Would the original residential plans have been a better fit? Anyone still upset by the loss of Sullivan's?

Personally, I think it's pretty good. I like the darker glass, and it's a solid height for the area. Some of the best hidden parking in the city, too. The extra height on the residential proposal would have been nice, but we're getting so many ~500' residential towers in the pipeline that it would arguably stand out less.
