and to that pic above - damn, i didn't realize lenox park was that far away from the core of the lenox/peachtree corridor.
Probably worth noting, that view is from Roxboro, which is not as distant as Lenox Park. Lenox Park is further to the south/east across the tracks. Buckhead station is ~1 mile walk from the view. Lenox station is < 1/2 mile walk.

Really hoping this parking deck is fully wrapped/screened. Exposed parking on Wright would be a big let down, as it would mean almost a full intersection of exposed parking decks on what will likely become a more active street:

I don’t think permits are filed for C, just B. A and D are built out.

"Wonk" will be your legacy here - sort of like Trump's
"covefefe". Let's use in a sentence:

If I hear someone on this forum mention another damn parking "wonk", I will smack the sugar out of them!

I know - the mention of him makes your acid reflux taste like the finest wine in Italy, with a flavor profile of rancid cooked cabbage and notes of hot trash and fresh "adult" diaper.

The Trumpster doesn't really bother me, though as a Libertarian-thinking person that's burned out with all sides of the corrupt empire I say let's just muddle through. Someone on this board commented that I can be Debbie Downer, and they said similar about you, yet we only aimed to expose hard realities. By the way here it is end of December and those Brooklyn lads still don't have a general contractor signed up to build that beautiful iconic midtown condo?

Northside and 17th Updates:

Looks like they are adding the multi-family element back into the Northside and 17th project.

Very odd that the parking deck is wrapped by units on an internal side and the parking deck is exposed at the street-- How did they get away with that?
