Yeah that's the Seneca nation casino. They have one in downtown NF NY, one in downtown Buffalo and one south of Buffalo in Salamanca, NY in the Allegheny Highlands (20 minutes south of the most popular area ski hill, Holiday Valley). They have a "gaming compact" with NY State that's currently undergoing renegotiations (NY State allows them to operate as Indigenous land in exchange for money given back to the State).
The NF and Salamanca locations have large hotels attached to the casinos. The Buffalo casino was supposed to have a high-rise Hotel but the 2008 recession/financial disaster put an end to those plans, which is good for local hoteliers in Buffalo.
Downtown Buffalo has went through a hotel renaissance in the past 10-12 years (Westin, Embassy Suites, Marriott-full service, courtyard Marriott, aLoft, Residence Inn by Marriott (Buffalo likes Marriott brand
), Hilton Garden Inn, Curtiss Hotel in a c. 1913 building with rooftop bar/patio, Hotel at the Lafayette (
