So, just a handy reminder about the height and the impact it'll have on the skyline...the 53rd floor setback (the upper one on the south side of Sixth & Guadalupe) is at 671 feet. So this will be 4 feet taller than that.

Every rd/highway overhaul/renovation is almost guaranteed to be obsolete by ten yrs the moment the project is finished. YEAH those finished projects will never be present day sufficient. Nothing in the metro is up to date traffic needs wise! We're perpetually 10 yrs behind the city traffic needs! And will always be in that stunted situation. I35 north at 183 should have been a 4 pronged crossover...going south on 183 to North bound on I35 should have been considered strongly. That intersection is silly. It's to the airport friendly from RR! F"N RR...I can't do a fly over to RR from 183 south or 183 north at I35...yeah I never would need to, but geez just get these major intersection worthy of being updated to the present traffic needs! Yeah that project at the Y/what ever it's called now will be epic time wise and will exceed the 183 toll extension...which took 4...4 years! For a Fucking toll!

eg think of the overhaul being done at the 290/71 Y. We've been clamoring for that to be done for a decade. had that started that 10 years ago there is no way we would have built it for the volume needed.

Just to remember all the hype surrounding this tower when it was originally at 800'. At least the 5th and Colorado tower won't be odd looking.

The roof is shaped very similarly to Hanover Republic. Didn't really notice that when we first saw these renderings.

Depending on how the final product turns out, this could end up looking like a massive addition to an existing building.
