This building really is visible from the top of the BFB down to 8th and Vine. Unobstructed view. Wish it was safe to take a photo.

Cladding is looking great too as it is now starting to be applied. Would love to see something similar where Mandeville was planned to balance all the glass going up on both sides of the river. As that area heats up, maybe we will yet!

The crane for this project is in my sightline right above my monitor, but the building has only recently become visible.

Thanks for the heads up. I was looking out for this today. This building really looks impressive coming into town on the downside of the bridge.

This is easy for me to say, as in it doesn't cost me anything, but this is one building where I wish either the floor count was more or the floor to floor height was greater. Another 100' or so of vertical would have made this really good looking building set new standards for Philly.

i dont think there is a single building under construction now that most of us wouldn't like to see taller.

Let's just be happy we're getting something so nice. If we want height, maybe we can find an Arab sheikh with an edifice complex who is interested in moving here.

I think I was worried about this building getting buried as others were built around it, but after looking at the site I don't think that will happen for a long time.

I agree about the lack of metal panels; plus I'm tired of glass and nothing but glass.
