Actually seems like Analog pulled out of B6 and are just opening a new location on Kingsway. Though all the permits for the Kingsway space say it's being converted into a yoga studio.
Interesting that they did a concrete pour after the initial floor slab was set in the penthouse. There's some kind of foam base with some rebar under it.
The story says they'll occupy levels 3 -7 with 3 and 4 being connected by a central atrium.
It says they'll be opening this summer, so probably no time to cut through an internal staircase if there wasn't already one in place(?).
I expect the emergency stairs would be open for use.
