This may sound like an inane question, but I suppose train services/companies such as VIA or maybe CN would use the black bridge on the left?

Trains used to use the High Level Bridge but the track is now only used by streetcar in the summer months.

Love that image of Edmonton, the lighting is exceptional.....it also makes it clear that the areas bordering the current phases of the Ice District could use some midrise construction to balance it out to the lowrises at the bottom. (I understand some of that land will be used for the next part of the Ice District.
