Well I don't know about complete but definitely topped off

I really like how the glass is almost blackish, it makes the building look a lot more sleek

I was referring to just the structural construction itself, not interior nor the glass and other infrastructure. I can expect that to be completed either somewhere as early as June or as late as early August.

How else do you expect bikes to get from Miami to Miami Beach or the Venetian Islands?

Techinally that's not a highway, no. It's just a bridge. Bridges are allowed to have pike paths. The other bridges in the area, though, are part of the Interstate system and are not allowed to have bike paths.

I can think of many cities that have bike paths on bridges. It's pretty common for cities, which tend to be on or near water. There are bike and pedestrian paths on the Golden Gate Bridge, after all.

it certainly feels like a highway when you're biking it on. pedestrians/cyclists are essentially viewed as roving targets by American drivers.

Some cool renderings have been shared by FloridianDevelopment on X about the tower's context with the recently proposed Delano Residences, Miami's second supertall set to begin construction in the near future. It'll be a unique corridor that's for sure!

Sky High
Florida’s about to get its first ‘supertall’ high-rise, and plenty more are on the horizon. Here’s a peek at how they’re built.

Miami’s Skyline Is Getting Super Tall
At least 10 new skyscrapers, five of them supertalls, will be built in the next five years. Is that such a good idea?

Quote:
The Cipriani will be surpassed by the Waldorf Astoria Residences in 2028. By 2030, the Waldorf will be matched by Miami Riverbridge, Dolce & Gabbana and One Bayfront, all expected to top out at around 1,049 feet, the current height limit set by the Federal Aviation Administration to allow for safe flight paths in and out of Miami International Airport.
Quote:
Miami’s entry into this elite tier signals a new era for the city. “I used to say that Miami was having a moment, but I don’t know that you can have a ‘moment’ for five years,” said Ryan Shear, a managing partner at the development firm PMG, which is building the Waldorf Astoria Residences, the city’s first supertall. “I think Miami is having a revolution.”

Other skyscrapers in the works include the Delano Residences (985 feet), the new headquarters of the Citadel hedge fund firm (958 feet), the Okan Tower (902 feet), the Residences at 1428 Brickell (861 feet), 619 Brickell (886 feet), Baccarat Residences (848 feet) and the Mercedes-Benz Residences (773 feet). The Aston Martin Residences in Brickell was completed in 2024 and stands at 821 feet. A video rendering of President Trump’s proposed presidential library in downtown Miami shows a building towering over the city’s skyline, but the exact height has not been revealed.
Quote:
The construction elevator on the Waldorf Astoria currently goes up to the 83rd floor. The skyscraper will reach 100 stories by the end of this year, making it Miami’s first skyscraper over 1,000 feet.

Drove to Miami last week and saw this going up. The skyline is now going to be considered top 4 in North America, in the same league of NYC, Toronto, and Chicago

Not quite, but I get the point. It will be amazing.
