Looks really good. I should kick my own self for not going by these food trailers more often. Next time I'm downtown I will make a stop at Frank's.

Thanks LoneStarMike, Those South Shore Apartments looks great! I wish I had a view like that. Anyways here is another picture that was taken from their website back in November.

It's not a cart. It's in that building there. I love the decor and character it has inside. They make their own sausages for their specialty dogs (i.e. Jackalope: antelope, rabbit & pork). They also have pork or beef Vienna dogs for their slightly cheaper every day dogs. That one on the left is a Carolina Pork It. They split the dog, stuff with white American cheese, wrap in bacon, fry it, and top with tons of slaw and a bit of pimento cheese. It was awesome. The other is a Southern Boy. It has Doppleganger bbq sauce, grilled onions and crispy pork belly. I discovered pork belly is just not for me. I enjoyed the other one more.

They have awesome waffle fries, and even make poutine.

The bar inside has tons of IPAs and they have live music.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I snapped this pic last night walking back to my car. Anyone else caught this reflection before?

^Yes, there's another similar reflection of the Frost Bank Tower onto the facade of 100 Congress. You pretty much have to be on the northbound sidewalk on the Congress Avenue bridge to see it. During festivals when they close the bridge to traffic, go check it out and stand in the street on the bridge. The reflection of Frost makes it appear like there are two Frost Bank Towers. The effect is best if you view this photo from about 5 or 6 feet away from your monitor.

Anyway, I gotta try that place.

In December I was visiting friends in Leicester, England and the one thing they asked me to bring them was a signed original photograph of that ball sculpture (I believe the title is "The West") aligned with the UT tower because I mentioned the... Resemblance... To them.

I couldn't resist, I had to oblige. I've lived in this city all 22 years of my life and it still makes me wonder what exactly they were thinking when they approved that art installation.
