I would assume if they find it it will be sooner rather than later, as most buyers will want to wait or sign contingency contracts because of the financing issue.
Although it seems they lost financing only because the bank with the loan failed.

Bad news strikes again!!

Really disturbing indeed.

Fondren will also include office space, a rooftop deck, terrace and condominiums for sale.
The facade is designed as a modern interpretation of the Art Deco style with a prominent feature piece along 17th Street that will be lit at night so that the building is visible as you approach the building from Lavaca Street."

Looks cool, the little "V" thing.

Wish they could make a movie like that with one of our buildings minus the stunt man loosing his life on a 22 story plunge gone wrong.

Yea, One Congress, skipping floors.

Its easy to forget how dramatic the 80s building boom was too... all the towers that went up south of 5th street totally transformed the skyline (especially when viewed from south of the lake).

Yea. The skyline was pretty much born in the 1960-70-80's

And I'm only 1 year older than 8 years old now.
Bad Internet blanked out a few pics. Sorry.
