Stopped by Saturday eve. Jinya was open and packed, a small lineup outside around 7:45. Tacqueria place was packed too and had at least a dozen or more lining up for a spot.

Starbucks was also quite full. With more restaurants opening outside of the food court it is becoming quite lively.

Maybe soundproofing requirements?

There going to be so many noise and sound related issues in that area as the City wants it to be an entertainment district.

I can understand an outdoor patio with noise issues being scrutinized but whether or not there are sound issues with a gym doesn't sound like something the city would care about.

I was thinking impact noises for the tenants below, as I think it's a steel frame / truss structure.

I thought it was strange that the window blinds in the Japanese restaurant are completely mismatched for the mullion spacing.

in an Instagram story I saw today it says that the Earls will be opening Feb 16 and it will have a dedicated takeout window, apparently a first for any Earls. They are also hiring for all positions.

Wouldn't the staff from the Earls three blocks away just transfer?

I walked past the new one. That court yard will be hopping in the summer. There where lots of people there mid week mid January at 2pm raining hard at 5C

So people waiting for orders don't clog up the inside?

Does Earls do much business for deliveries?

The restaurant will have a pick-up window for Pick-Up orders, allowing convenience when it comes to takeout for thousands of The Amazing Brentwood’s residents
