It won't be till next year at least. A Fact Finding was submitted a couple months ago, but they haven't started any permitting yet.

This project has about a 1% chance of ever getting built. So done with clicking on this thread thinking somehow the ground breaking has started lol

Agreed. Locking it again.

If there's any actual news post it in the main development thread and mods will take it from there. Last time I did that it stayed locked for like a week which were clearly related events.
