This is so far a very different color scheme than I was expecting. I suppose the wood and copper details are still to come, but I do wonder how noticeable they will end up being.

I'm thinking that the black at the slab edges are covering some sort of metallic finish.

It is a protective cover. You can see a few bits peeling off - it's silver (brushed aluminum?) underneath, which is what the render shows. And I think the blue on the glazing may be a protective film too - there seem to be a few 'normal' iron glass (slightly green) panels. What we're seeing now doesn't indicate the finished product. The podium floors have a 'woodgrain' finish panel on the lane, and I'm wondering if that's also the colour that appears as vertical fins in the render, although I think there's also a metal finish at the top, similar to the bronze on Vancouver House. I guess we'll know in a few months.

The neighbouring rental tower's main floor has a great finish and contribution to the corner. Can't wait for this to finish up. Most excited about the lane and getting some more office workers here.
