I don't think it's actually red in there, looks like another lighting thing.

Ha! Mike Holmes could "Make it Right" with this developer's projects over a full 4 season arc.

This will be pure comedy gold. Gold Jerry! Gold!

Further to the Fortress rendering... I like the height and the lot fill, but to me, that pointy top is fugly. Please come up with something more elegant, or just make it a box.

I like the image. It is totally eye candy for the press release not based on any economic model but its in the right direction at least.

Have to agree with this post, but it is going in a positve direction, and much can change from the initial render to what is actually constructed.

46 storeys, wow! Let's hope it all goes through and actually gets built to that height!

So it's clearly an almost Winnipeg city. Looks great! And if the heights are accurate, it looks a lot taller than 201 Portage! Some visual perspective there, but I like it.

Lets all hope, with the last two big builds one turned out stumpy and out of proportion and the other a lot different from the initial rendering and slathered in limestone.

The renders are of Winnipeg, just not too accurate.

Wonder if that drawing of 360 Main is to scale? if this does get built it will look huge.
