They are the developer for One Lady Bird Lake, but not the Statesman site. They are also developing the multi-tower 500 S. Congress site which is still in the process of getting re-zoned for 750' building heights.

Earmarking this one as cancelled now that the site is up for grabs. I don't expect a new proposal anytime soon.

I agree. If the site was being sold with an approved site plan, I might not consider it cancelled. But this site only has approved PUD zoning.
