Looks like they moved it to behind Lowes and they also started taking down the crane off Sunningdale near Adelaide.

Incredible how slow this one is going. For instance, go back over the comments to jammer's comment from October 2017. So basically predicting finish by spring a year ago. Yet here we are a year later. I swear Tricar is going to have people living in 40 York before this thing is occupied lol

Your right Drewlo has been extremely slow with this build. Also their 2 buildings up on Sunningdale near Adelaide. Not sure why they take so long compared to other builders.

Hard to believe that they are still forming for the ground level slab pour on the parking level on the east side?

They were doing some grading on the west side for landscaping. Exterior work still needed for the balconies and windows.

No, I think they might be adding a second tower. If I know Drewlo, they like to build their buildings in pairs.

You might be right. Recall seeing a plan for another tower in that area. If it does go ahead and the 3 other 12s proposed at the intersection there will be six 12s towers in that area. Would not be a bad spot for a grocery store opposite the TSC store.

They have started renting it seems.

Wonder how well they will do? Will no doubt impact schedule for next building and the other 3 buildings planned for Hyde Park and Gainsborough.

Old Oak is well underway now on tower 3 a little further north.

So is there demand for all these units up in Hyde Park area?

Looks like Drewlo is preparing the base of the tower crane immediately to the east of the first building. The pit was excavated and some of the L1 walls were poured when the first 12s building went up. Would expect the new building to be a clone of the first 12 floor building which took forever to get built. With their Edgevalley low rise buildings and the 16s on Talbot I would expect their thin construction crews to be even thinner and take even longer to make any progress.

Tower crane nearly setup. Appears to be shorter then the building to the west so may not be 12 floors after all.

Looks like the steel rebar for the floating raft slab is complete. Should see the concrete pump trucks and a parade of concrete trucks as soon as a good weather day permits. Of note the street address is 300 South Carriage Rd.

Have started forming a few of the L1 walls on top of the floating raft slab. Progress as usual with a Drewlo work site = slow.

They have made very little progress on the L1 level. Appears to be stalled. Suspect Drewlo may be rotating their concrete forming crew between this building and their Talbot St building and their Edgevalley Rd building.
