Dundas and Richmond is being ripped up. Only one lane each way on Richmond now.

Also I got lost on Dundas due to the barricades, like a dead end in a maze!

I lived in London back then and regrettably wasn't able to make it. Wasn't it at Milo's?

Lots of water-main work as they are moving a lot of piping and utilities. Work is being done in the evenings for this too!

Sad news - Rexall at Dundas & Richmond is closing. 40-50% off pretty much everything so good deals now, but that building's going to be abandoned again

I wonder if the construction took a toll on the store. The store has never been very busy, even before construction started.

The better Shoppers location at Richmond & Carling probably took a lot of business away when it moved.
