Then at least make it a smaller radius curve, the way its shown is just asking for high speeds. It also reduces development potential for Block 6.

Agree that the access to the Industrial Avenue buildings should be from the internal road network via Streamline.

380-420 Terminal (Building north of Steamline) is the building being demolished... according to the Steamline development traffic study, office space is proposed on the north side.

So are they ever going to build a tunnel/bridge from the O-Train to the Trainyards? If construction is starting here and that second new office building ever gets a tenant it's going to be sorely needed.

Is this dirt path still the 'main connection' from the O-Train to the Trainyards?

FYI, The site plan control application for phase 1 has disappeared from the city devapps site. The last few times I checked the status was always application pending. Which begs the question; 1. Project is cancelled or ; 2. Phase 1 site plan was approved. My guess is No.1.

That dirt path is still going strong - - a lot has changed in that aerial photo though! Saw a cyclist nearly go over their handlebars on it the other day.

It wasn't the greatest plan with what they could've done with Trainyards. Maybe it's going back to the drawing board? Who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if this is stuck in development hell.
