Good Lord, that looks as third world as it gets. Pyongyang called and wants their blue prints back when we're done using them. Didn't the designer know you don't put horizontal lines on a fat, stubby building?? I'm going to start calling that area, "Little Russia".

Hey, at least there is some thickness to the walls. So many buildings in WC and elsewhere are just flat flat flat planes - windows at the same plane as the wall material. This one willl at least have some shadow play with the recessed windows.
