Thanks for the update. The density + massing make for a very satisfyingly urban feel.

Yes! Was just going to post that same thing. Looks good. Love to see more of this. Off topic, that shoppers drug mart building with the parking fronting Davie is brutal. Wonder if that will get redeveloped anytime time soon. Although i think the city only will allow two stories here? (Hopefully I'm wrong on that) but if that's the case I guess it's hard to justify redeveloping

I think they can go 4 storeys on the north side of the street but I may be mistaken. Sure needs to be changed though, it's a really obvious break in the urban fabric of Davie.

What a spandrel monstrocity. I feel like our best new buildings are getting better and our worst are gettin worse. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Maybe the spandrel is recycled from a Madonna concert?

Poorly conceived...

This pattern reminds me of a cemetery.

Isn't there going to be a new chappel at the bottom? Try selling that to the supertitious foreign buyers.

But really, that is one stupid pattern.

I think this one actually has two congregations that will have there own spaces in the podium of this project. Only in Vancouver I think would you see two congregations in one plus rental and other uses. Got to love it and will bring a great mix of people. I agree thought not loving the colours but will hold my opinions until we see the finished product.
