It's really fascinating to have the whole chronicle in this thread over 10 years, from proposal to completed, with all the steps.

I love the design, except the cantilever, I find it a bit too pronounced, but it's a great-looking tower nonetheless.

BTW, I can see on the "completed" pic that all the neighboring buildings are much lower in height, what are the height limits on those lots? Any chance other towers comparable to this one will rise to join it in the future?

Only regret was that this was originally meant to be two towers, and now that this tower is completed, with the numerous NYers now coming to Miami in droves, does this mean that the developers will reconsider a second tower? I can hope so, but this is yet another great tower in the Miami skyline!
