Jade Signature Tops Off After 39 Months Of Construction, Completion Scheduled For Late Next Year

JADE SIGNATURE TOPS OFF

Fortune International Group Announces Construction Milestone Tower Designed by Herzog & De Meuron, PYR and Raymond Jungles

Fortune International Group is on its way to delivering another iconic tower, as construction for the largest residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Jade Signature, has topped off. Standing 57 stories high, the project is on track for completion in late 2017 and will reflect its world-class team of partners—Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm and design consultants Herzog & de Meuron, Parisian interior design firm PYR led by Pierre-Yves Rochon and landscape architect Raymond Jungles.

Taking Jade Signature vertical is Suffolk Construction, a firm that is also responsible for Met 3, Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles and CityPlace Doral. The team successfully completed the building’s three-story underground parking garage, a feat that has never been done 40 feet from the coastline, and had progressed on the 192-unit property at about one story per week.

“We are extremely proud to reach this milestone because it highlights the effort of our outstanding team of professionals that conceived a wonderful dream and then planned and executed it to perfection,” said President and CEO of Fortune International Group, Edgardo Defortuna. “Jade Signature is becoming the standard that other luxury waterfront residences will be measured by, and we can’t wait to start delivering units to our buyers towards the end of 2017.”

Topped-Off Jade Signature Captured in Drone Shots

Quote:
Residents of Sunny Isles Beach just north of Miami can now truly appreciate the scale of the city's largest residential tower, now that Fortune International Group's Jade Signature has topped out. As the developer and construction crews celebrated the major milestone, a drone was sent up into the air to capture the 57-storey tower designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architecture practice Herzog & de Meuron. The resulting images depict sweeping views of the tower's refined form, increasingly clad in glazing and topped by two red tower cranes.

What's so signature about this building? Looks like a generic beach condo tower to me.

It's supposed to end up looking like the photo below. Hopefully when the plastic film on the glass is removed it will.

Drone Images Capture Full Scale of Miami's Jade Signature
Quote:
Fortune International Group's Jade Signature reached its structural zenith last year, with revealing drone images capturing the state of the 57-storey luxury Miami condominium. In a sequel to that last sky-high update, we've received another batch of photos from above that show just how much work has progressed on the Herzog & de Meuron-designed tower.
