The same guy confirmed with me via twitter that these will have an all brick facade and no stucco.

We shall see.

Local developer breaks ground on urban in-fill project

Hamilton, ON, Canada / AM900 CHML | Hamilton News
Ken Mann
September 08, 2015

A local developer says enhanced GO Transit service is helping to fuel the demand of in-fill development in downtown Hamilton.

Shawn Maher has broken ground on Beasley Park Towns will be a series of townhouses along Wilson Street at Cathcart.

He adds that they are being built to match the character of the neighbourhood.

Maher has also built townhouses on an old variety store lot in the Corktown neighbourhood, adding that he was able to sell out both projects before a shovel went into the ground.

He’s now planning a third project, again in the Beasley neighbourhood.

These and the Brownstones on Augusta have broken ground at about the same time. Should be interesting to see them both go up.

Thanks a lot for the photos, David. That second one gives a lot of hope that these will fit in very nicely with their neighbours.

If we could replicate this project, the one on King William and the one at 1430 main e all over the city, that would be pretty nice.

Wait a second, that's already happening!

I'm trying to sell my place on Wilson just a block away! I'm in love with this!

This block of Wilson is pretty terrible (mostly due to the slummy semi detached row on the north side) so thank god for this development helping bring the hood up a couple notches.

Wilson is probably one of the most bizarre streets in the city. Some of those row houses are literally a metre from the street.

Loving the brick treatment on these versus the Corktowns. It's almost the exact colour shown in the render
