In my non professional/ non expert opinion I doubt the office tower will get built for quite sometime.

The size is about right. I have had the opportunity to climb and ride in a tower crane. Each section of mast are large enough to fit 6 people comfortably standing. The counter-weights are even more impressive.

Climbing a tower crane is a great exercise though the trade-off was stunning views.
