This is a map of the streetcar route with the extension added. They also are revising the rest of the route slightly to avoid utilities, just a block here and there. That map isn't ready yet.
Now if you haven't had a chance to follow what's been happening most recently, Barrett has come out with a plan to finance the whole thing with TIF's so that construction will be able to start in about a year, but he has to get it through the Common Council and there is some opposition, mainly from Bob Donovan, who is running against him in the next election. That takes place in 2016, so there is time to get it started. If Donovan wins he will undoubtedly try to kill it, but if there is enough progress by then it should be too late.
