However, that's where the good news ends. As mentioned, this site is the furthest behind of all the locations; This is no fault of the architect team, as its my understanding that they were handed the project relatively recently. The far juicer rumor I heard is that the owner of the site has no concern about the risk of phasing such large portions in, as they have no intention whatsoever of developing the location themselves.
Rather, the goal is that after the rezoning is complete, they will simply flip the site to another company who will come up with their own design. The drama for this location continues! Again, this is far from gospel and nothing I heard from the applicant team would support it.
