• The Committee fully appreciates the effort that the proponent has put towards sculpting and enhancing the top of the tower in order to ensure that it contributes positively to Edmonton’s skyline. The Committee does not support the inclusion of the ability to incorporate building signage within the curved portions of the tower façade.
• Provide a detailed exterior signage and lighting package.
• Provide a detailed landscape plan that includes all proposed public realm improvements associated with the structure. This includes paving materials, finishes, colour, and pattern.
