Yes. Better that ugly buildings are more noticeable and more difficult to tear down. *facepalm*

Yeah, this building is done, but let me see if the weather holds tomorrow, and I can probably swing by after work, or maybe at lunch.

Ok everyone. The building is done, the restaurant downstairs is open, etc. etc. We should get this out of construction. That said, here's one last set of photos. This is probably more photos of this building than anyone else will ever take. The building is plain at best. It's good filler in NYC. If it were built in Philly or Boston, it'd be a skyline killer. As ugly as it is, it's buried in the Downtown density. Hardly sticks out unless you're looking for it.
